When we face mental and emotional trauma, we’re often encouraged by society to eliminate our illness through surgical procedures, or topical and digestible medication. I believe this method covers the surface of the illness, but it doesn’t solve the root of the internal imbalance.
I believe illness is a gentle whisper from your body telling you something is lacking or missing in your wholistic being — or the mind, body, and spirit.
My treatments encourage you to listen in, embrace the conversation, and seek to understand why you’re experiencing these symptoms. I help you translate the internal conversation, listen and talk to your body, and together we bring you back into harmony. I support you on your journey to surfacing and understanding your imbalance, and create a journey map to bring your wholistic being back into focus.
