Are you dealing with fatigue, chronic pain, diarrhea, constipation, colitis, chronic inflammation, autoimmunity, infertility, neuropathy, painful joints, insomnia, sleep problems, stress, and depression, poor focus, hot flashes, irregular sweating, painful or short or long or missing menstrual cycles or other symptoms? I can help you tackle common symptoms like these and more through the natural practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Traditional Chinese Medicine searches for the root problem to benefit your whole being.
It’s an ancient system of health and wellness that’s been used in China for thousands of years. Where Western medicine focuses on treating a disease, Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at your entire well-being — mind, body, and spirit — encouraging preventative practices and going to the source of your condition to achieve overall wellness.
Traditional Chinese Medicine utilizes practices that positively stimulate and stabilize the energy flow throughout your body greatly improving your quality of life and eliminating specific pain conditions and dis-ease. Many symptoms can be alleviated, or even avoided through this alternative, holistic, and natural method.
Bring yourself into harmony.
We work together to reach and maintain your goals for personal wellness by improving how you look, feel, and function in your everyday life. I offer several forms of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Food Therapy.
“Eva is amazing at getting me out of pain and boosting up my energy. I have seen her for numerous sports injuries and she has me leaving pain free every time”
– Jared Lien
“After 2 sessions with Eva, I had a dramatic improvement with my chronic digestive problems. I have tried many treatments, and this one was the first one that worked! I loved how she prescribed common everyday foods and herbs that I could incorporate easily into my practice. My hormone balance also improved during treatment. One hundred percent recommend!”

Start with Traditional Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture
Acupuncture works by activating the body’s innate healing powers.Acupuncture restores the body’s balance so it can activate its healing powers. Acupuncture is rewarding, but a slow and cumulative process: this means you will be moving towards your goal(s) on your journey of transformation at every session.
Cupping
Cupping is a cross-cultural and ancient practice using small glass cups to suction the skin. The cups are applied through negative pressure and may be retained or gently moved along the length of the body loosening tight muscles, increasing blood and lymph flow, while alleviating stagnation and pain.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha uses a flat metal or stone tool to scrape against the skin to promote lymphatic drainage.Gua Sha alleviates water retention, detoxification, and congestion in the body. It may also be used on the face for sculpting and toning.
Food Therapy
Food is medicine and is the first principle of healing. Nourish your body from the inside out. It’s common practice for Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, such as myself, to recommend food and herbal combinations to restore and nurture your body from the inside out.
